I can’t see if it’s part 91 or 135 but it does indicate a 16/14 schedule ?
I saw one of their planes on FlightAware; never heard of them.

They're 135, more accurately 134.5.
Sure, some managed accounts. But the bread & butter is retail/broker charter.

They skirt the regs, often, with an openly illegal rolling rest policy. Apparently they finally got their wrist slapped recently.
From what I hear, from my friends that are still there, the morale couldn't be any lower.
