Under 91 you can fly armed without beeing an FFDO.

True. However, you're doing so as a private citizen. Should something ever happen (or go wrong), you don't have the full protections that being a federal law enforcement agent offers.

Hi!

One of my volleyball players told me she almost didn't come to our university because she was thinking of going to school "down South" for better weather.

After further conversation, I found out she almost went to a DIII school in the Twin Cities. That was "down South" for her!
