Default Corporate Jobs Advertised

What web sites do you guys use when looking for advertised corporate jobs? The company that I work for is possibly going to be looking for a F/O in a month or two. We can't seem to find a pilot from our airport that looks promissing. We are looking to put out an internet ad. However, I want to just put one ad out there.

Which web site seems to get the most hits and results in the quality candidates applying for the job? I would rather have alot of responses to look through. We can always weed out manually the 500 hour applicants. Besides they are better suited to the regionals.

BIZJETJOBS.COM

CLIMBTO350.COM

I have been using these two in my current search. They are pay sites so it should weed out the non serious applicants.

My old company usually had a lot of qualified apps from www.planejobs.com I'd recommend it. On that note, anyone have a quality contract pilot listing site that gets a lot of hits? I need to supplement my massive (sarcasm) airline pay.

When my employer filled my position, it was via climbto350.com. They received about 1200 resumes in 1 week, from all over the world. Some qualified applicants. Some not so much. But certainly a good variety of choices.

That is exactly what I want try and avoid. I don't really want to have to work my way through 1200 resumes.

If that's the case, then your best bet is word of mouth. ANY of the online aviation job boards are most likely going to solicit a LARGE number of applicants. (I guess I'm confused... you do or don't want a lot of responses? You posted that you did in your first post.)

Of the 1200 (or so) resumes that the company did receive, about 85% of them were viable candidates. Most of those were eliminated by relative location to our operation (IE wanted a local candidate).

If you want a lower amount of responses, you might consider choosing to post via a forum such as this, NBAA Airmail, ************* or one of the other "trusted" aviation forums.

Hey Josh - I'm obviously back in the airlines again, but do you know of any solid contract pilot sites? I've found a few, but my old company always used guys based on 'word of mouth.' I'd like to pay to have my stuff online since I'm still current in a few other corporate a/c. Just wondering your take on it... Thanks old friend

Sorry for any confusion. I would prefer not to have to read through 1200 resumes. I have a feeling that 90% of them will not be considered anyways. They will be wanting someone as local as can be. At least within a state or two away.
