Default Exxecutive Jet Management hiring, lots of growth

EJM is experiencing rapid growth these days, they manage over 100 aircraft, and expect to double that number by the end of 2008. They'll be looking to hire a good amount of pilots in 2008.....

They prefer you to have the appropiate aircraft type and corporate experience but its not always required. Talked to a guy from Mesa airlines, he is now flying a Challenger for EJM. He says much better QOL and $$$ than the regionals (no kidding). Didn't ask him if he had a type before got hired......

You said the "M" word, this place is doomed.

BTW, I don't think this place likes freight dogs, I sent a resume, never heard from them, and I exceded many of their min's very easily.

They say "corporate experience highly desired", but they are starting to bring in more and more airline guys, and I don't think those guys have the appropiate type rating. The trend is changing, try again, who knows. I hear they have several accounts open or coming up, Falcon 2000, Challengers, etc.

Do they hire through Netjets or are they run as a separate company?

Completely separate company. At EJM, I think you do a phone interview with a chief pilot first, if you get by, then you go to headquarters for the official interview. As far as pay and working conditions, there are some differences between NJ and EJM, but to my understanding, the benefits are the same (free everything). Best in the industry.

What is the best way to get more info as to bases and how to apply. I looked at their website but did not see a link to job opportunities.
