They usually have a Vegas gig or two posted.

las vegas jet charters.... kind of a tough place to stomach, but it'll get you into the circle. You have to be there, be known, to be hired. Get into an operator in Quail (hangar complex), shake some hands and find out what's there. You'll find only the bottom feeders advertising. The good ones don't need to, they already know who they want before they need them.

Good luck~ I lived there for nearly 15 years. Got too toasty, and moved up north where it's cold. I'll probably go back some day.
