Looking for a corporate job in las vegas...
I’m currently looking for a corporate job in LAS, trying to make the move from 121 to 91/135. I’ve looked around with no luck. Everyone wants a type, which I don’t have the money for. A question for corporate guys and gals, does Atlantic or any FBO have their own planes? Would walking my resume in be reasonable? Any insight would be great!
Thanks,

House,
A couple of moths ago, I saw that the MGM was looking for a corporate pilot. Might want to go through the casino job searches to see if something pops up. Have not seen anything lately.

Most FBO's don't own aircraft. However, they do service the ones that are based on the field. So.. certainly, give the FBO's a couple of resumes to give their clients. Also the linemen can be a good source of info.
Since you're only hours away from LA, I don't need to say how much corporate is located there.

Does any body know any operator out of LAS that flys the CL-65. 6 or so months ago I flew some director of MX to YYZ that was going to work on a purchase of a ex mesa 200. Stupid me didnt ask for a card when he stopped up front to say hi on his way out. On that note does anybody know any corperate operator of the 200 in the states here??

Go tour the Quail Center at McCarran. Lots of corporate ops there. Las Vegas Executive Jet Charter is a good entry level lear operator, or used to be years ago. Talk with the guys at Signature (are they still called Signature?), and as well at Executive air terminal. Those were the two corporate jet FBO's when I was there. If you have 121 time, there's always Allegiant. Or is that where you're leaving from?
Good luck, let me know if you hit paydirt~ I may be coming back to Vegas soon!

Don't forget the Henderson Executive airport. Fancy new digs when I was there last year. New operators, new hangars. Even Boulder City is building up and soon to have a selection of King Airs and such to drive.
Good luck,
