CSI Mobile, AL
 

Does anybody know the basics of how CSI (Mobile, AL) or any outfit of similar nature is set up from the part 91 standpoint? I am interested in something similar (based on what I think they have) and don't want to reinvent the wheel if I don't have to. Specifically, what type of arrangement is set up between the parties. Lessor, Lesee, management co, pilots, etc? Who has a contract with who? I am also going on the basis that they satisifed the FAA that they are part 91 and not wet leasing aircraft/pilots. Any info would be great even if it is for a different company. This just hapens to be one I have heard of. Thanks. Dillon

CSI recently laid off some pilots. As for their operation.... If I remember right, which I could be completely wrong, the folks basically bought hours in the airplane. Hope that helps....
