Corporate pay
What would be the average pay for a kingair 200 F.O. Do kingair 200's have F.O.'s I'm a 121 guy that's new to the Corporate world.

There used to be and still may be a publication called, Professional Pilot. I believe it is geared to the corporate pilot. I know it used to have an anual salary survey.
If I had to guess though, I'd say a corp. flight dept could get an FO for a -200 for about 20K/yr. Why would they pay more? |

I have found that the insurance difference in operating an airplane with 2 pilots over 1 pilot is a factor...It was cheaper for me to hire a First officer on my CE550/SII then pay the insurance company for single pilot operations. And that included sending the kid to Simuflight...I think it's called CEA now.

Open question to everyone. What would a C550 Captain be making in the LA Area?

Corpjet, have you checked your Pri Mess? I have news for you.

I have the June 2006 issue of "Professional Pilot" right next to me and it happens to have the annual corporate pilot pay study.
B-200 Captains are listed with an average salary of $57k with a lowof $41k and high of $69k respectively. For a "corporate" position (I imagine this is a part 91 department) On the Charter side, FO pay ranges from $28k on the low to $47k being high and an average of $33k per year. Captains are making anywhere from $39k to $62k with an average of $51k. These are all higher than the same seats in a Lear 24 or citation 500. |
Pilotpip,
What about captain range for a King Air 350? I'm coming up on a salary review. |
