EU ETS Help needed!
 

I've been tasked with a coworker to research and comply with the upcoming EU ETS. We are a US based department who operates to/through Europe on occasion. We have thus far been unable to find our company on any of the "list of operators", and attempts to ask to be added have been unsuccessful.

1) I am just curious if anyone has been successful with being added?

2) Has anyone found the official plan templates produced by the United Kingdom, whom I assume would be our regulator?

3) Does anyone have any information about the official benchmarking templates for the free credits?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! :D

BTW, we have found the draft templates on the Europa Environment website, which sound like they will be eventually made "official". So I guess what we are asking is if this is what people are using to fulfill the reporting requirement?

We are still looking for information from any one actually being successfully added to the program, and any early compliance.
