I've got a close friend that works there...he is doing his best to get away.
A few thing the Wally World guys will not tell you....ask them what happens to their job if they have a meal at Hooters. Ask what their meal allowance is for day trips and overnights. They seem to fail to mention the Saturday morning managers meeting you must attend. The politics there....LOL. I pity the guys that work there.

That sucks, but it is Wal Mart. What are people expecting? A good alternative to NetJets?

Any owner or operator can pay a small fee and have their tail numbers blocked from FlightAware. The company I work for blocks their tail numbers. But of course the information is only blocked from the general public, if you have the company password you can access the info.

[QUOTE=paidtowait]Wal-mart has a huge fleet of Lear 31s and some 35s, and looking to upgrade to 40/45s'. You can expect to fly 5 days a week, mostly out and backs from their place in Arkansas.

I thought they have LR-60's as well?

They may have added LR-60 to the fleet but that would be news to me.
Then again I don't know everything.
later

ps--- their place is Rogers AR (RZC) Razorback.

No matter how you cut it, Wal-Mart SUCKS in every aspect of their being.

My best friend used to fly for them and the politics are ridiculous. For example, he showed up to work one day with bloodshot eyes. Not because he was drunk, but because he had an emergency with his house. He couldn't call in sick for fear of disciplinary actions. So a fellow pilot told the chief pilot that he showed up to work drunk. They almost fired him without investigating. All because this other guy didn't like him. He's at Am. Eagle now, and as much as he hates it and everyone knows how bad Eagle sucks, he would rather be at Eagle than WM.

My wife also worked in their Workers' Comp. office. She left on good terms. But the whole POS corporation is joke. Illegal denials, politics, illegal anti-union actions.

Death to Wal-Mart.

Default Walmart

Yeah, supposedly they are the biggest corporate flight dept. in the world? I have been to ROG before they have almost 40 lears, a Global express, and I think some challengers there. That Hooters thing is really odd. How do they know what you do in your off time anyways? Guys at work talk to much? Besides, that sounds like it would only yield a lawsuit.....but against Walmarts fleet of lawyers I guess it doesn't matter.
