A guy who wants bare bottom dollar pilots is probably also arguing with his mechanic about the $60 per hour he charges for labor. Think about that.

Bite your lip, look for another job, give two weeks notice, and be civil.

I got laid off from my last corporate king air 200 gig, before I left the industry altogether, because the owner's son had gotten his commercial pilots license and he wanted to fly the king air by himself. His dad couldn't afford the plane in the first place anyway and wanted to save some bucks. Long story short he went from having a 3000 hour ATP-cfi to a 500 hour non cfi who had never had any real experience beyond flying around in a light twin in fair weather for fun. Well he crashed the king air last week, not surprisingly, and probably totaled it. Fortunately no one was hurt as far as I know but it just goes to show experience means something. I highly doubt that he was able to be insured on that plane so it probably didn't wind up being so cheap after all. I think they were already upside down on the note too. You get what you pay for

I was flying with an owner and his son the other day, picking my way around the typical Southeastern afternoon thundershowers. Once we got clear of the worst of the weather, the owner looked at his son and said "You see, this is why we only hire pilots with a lot of experience". He has never questioned cost, and has never questioned my "Go, no go" decision. I guess I got lucky on that one!

I agree with all of the guys who say just get out and politely part ways. Aviation is a VERY small world, and you never know when something you did a few years ago will come back to help/bite you... I once had an AA captain recognize me in his jumpseat as the CFI who gave him a rental checkout in a 172 three years earlier...

Always take the high road, and always leave as the better person. You never know who's watching or who will remember you.
