starting up Part 91 Op

I'm being hired to manage/captain two airplanes owned by two seperate individuals. There is no LLC or flight department name etc, just two fellas that don't want the hassle of managing airplanes and looking for pilots.
These flights will only be for their own business and pleasure, no dry lease, charter, favors etc.
What about operational control, is there an issue here? I'm being paid by owner "A" and I'm not sure if owner "B" repays him for times I fly for owner "B" trips or not. I'm not sure that's any of my business.
Any comments or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

My thoughts are; since it's part 91 and not 135 or 121 there is no operational control issue. Just safety of flight determined by the PIC.
