We also try to pay for all of our fuel with one standard, company issued purchasing card. Our designated bean-counter says that we receive a significant rebate every quarter from the issuing bank on all of our purchases. Sometimes we may lose .05-.10 cents per gallon off of the purchase of certain branded fuel, such as AirBP, however the bean counters say that we make it up with the rebates. I have not attempted to realize this savings on a per gallon basis...
All things considered, I still think it is great that you are measuring/tracking your efforts.

Thank you, guys for being supportive in showing me value in tracking this information.
I would like to offer my fuel prices for comparison in some location's you may go in.
Just to see how other flight departments are doing price wise. Now I would think I can help large aircraft as well as smaller aircraft. Hope some one takes me up on it I have data for the last 3 years. Would like to my CFO to see some other flight departments are interested in showing hidden value that pilots do on a day to day operation.
