Question for X drivers
I am looking to get some planning info about the X. I have the basic Cessna docs, but I would like to know the second segment climb gradients for leaving ASE w/ 6 pax at 0 and 25 degrees, anti-ice off, my guess (?) would be around 32k lbs t/o weight for a 3hr leg with a 1600 lb fuel reserve. I know the flap 5 is probably out of the question for temps around 25 because the rwy starts to get too short at ASE. -- thnxs

according to APG 0 degrees is not limiting for either the runway or climb limit (35700)
26 degrees is 31729
24 degrees is 32062
I will have to run the numbers on my other computer if you want the actual 2nd segment climb gradient.

Okay sorry it took so long but the second second climb gradient for 0 degrees and flaps 15 off runway 33 at 32000 lbs is:
4.7 for flaps 15 and for flaps 5 it is 5.0 so a slight improvement
25 degrees drops it to 2.1 for flaps 15 and flaps 5 is limiting to 31500 lbs. hope this helps
This is off CPCALC
