I think the numbers are somewhat bogus too... I even submitted my salary one year and they were much higher than were posted in the mag, so I know they don't look at everyones salary. At least they didn't look at mine that year. Even today, my numbers are higher than in the salary range, and they should be based on the area I live in. Plus what about all these 3-4yr Southwest FO's making 130-145k a year? Thats not properly reported in the mag either even with all the notations. I have my suspesions.

You have to be an NBAA member who participated in the Compensation & Benchmarking Survey in order to get a copy of it...or you have to buy it.
But if you're just looking for figures, folks can get numbers for you...just tell us what you are looking for.

Ive been trying to figure out what the disparity is but I just dont see it. The easiest conclusion would be that pilots are fudging their pay on the high side but I dont really see why anyone would lie about their income on an anonymous survey - but who knows.

If that is the case, guys are probably trying to push up the numbers so they can source the data when going in for a raise. That's my guess anyway.
