EJM - Anybody work there? Thoughts?

Hey guys.

My boss is considering taking his new plane to Executive Jet Management. It won't be a 135-managed plane, but only 91. Are they any more/less competent than the typical crummy charter/management companies?

Just curious if anybody here knows what their operation is like. Are they any good? What are the benefits? 401k? How long to participate in the 401k? Health?

Thanks!

Why's he want to take it to EJM?

Because they aren't the current ****-poor outfit. And they have experience managing the new plane.

Have you thought about offering to run the department yourself? Could be the begining of a flight department. Something to think about as he only wants to operate it as a 91 outfit.

Same garbage another management company......like anywhere else life solely depends on the aircrafts owners and how they value you....because no management company will.

I know good EJM accounts, I know one that are complete nightmares.

I assume you all have worked on an account at EJM?
