I've had occasion to rent a lot of moving trucks, trailers, car dollies, etc. Uhaul equipment has seldom proven an issue. On one interstate move the trailer brake lights had an issue before leaving the departure location, and uhaul fixed them.
Ryder equipment was sometimes a bit cleaner, but uhaul was fine. A. few of the rental locations have been inconvenient or less than professional, but largely no issues.

I've used Uhaul almost every month for the last 5 years (small business).
Weak customer service at some locations and not-very-clean equipment once in awhile. Never a safety issue and only one or two minor reliability problems.
YMMV.
I know nothing of their flight department.

I really don't care if their trailers and trucks are made of recycled paper, i care if it is a good paying job with good QOL and to receive that information from a reliable source instead of low level conjecture.
Ya'll need to focus.
