Document Management?

Does anyone have any suggestions on a good document management software for aviation? It's for a small, part 91 department. Basically need to be able to upload/manage documents for our pilots and mechanics. Needs to be secure and available offline when desired. Any input or ideas are appreciated. Thanks.
