Need some advice

Here is a few more details. We have 3 pilots and I am seniority number 3. the company is based in GA but the baron stays in NC most of the time. I only get to fly the king air when I am back in GA. It wasnt like this when I was hired or I would not have taken the job. Because I am never around to fly the king air anymore, the company is probably not gonna renew my flightsafety contract for the next year. My thinking is that I should go ahead and get a new job now while I am still current because it makes me more marketable. I don't want to be stuck here flying a baron and it seems like most turbine aircraft operators are looking for pilots who have current school.
