XM weather issue on Proline 21

RE: Proline 21 King Air 350

When pressing MEM-2 button, we get "RECALL UNAVAIL" message along the left side of the center display, and it is almost as if the button itself is inop. This button is used to bring up our XM Weather.

Does anyone have any ideas on this ? We have calls into Collins also.

I've had that issue on our 350 also. We had to update our system to solve the problem... I would have to talk to our software pilot to know the exact details though. It was almost like a reset sort of thing I believe.
