Real-world range Lear-60 and Citation Bravo ?
RE: assisting someone research for used purchase
Assume many 25% of flights are to third world, Mexico, with heavy storms in summer and single runway airports. Aka need to divert if one-runway closes. With that said, what is a real-world no-wind range (tanks full at takeoff), for Lear-60 and Citation Bravo ? I am not looking for extreme until flameout nor looking for land with 2 more hours reserve. A realistic, real-world, safe, IFR-legal no-wind range estimate on full fuel. Thank You |
The Lear 60 is about 5+30 to VFR fuel mins

If I remember correctly, the Bravo burned 1,000 the first hour, and you could get the burn down to 760 total at FL430. Capacity was 4,860, and reserves typically around 1,000. The math works out to just under 5 hours. I think I remember TAS around 360.
