Minus inflation it is actually less than you had last year. Why do management pilots not understand basic economics and finance? |
The basic economics is that I am moving on after I have expressed my thoughts on the salary of the pilot group and I believe they have feel on deaf ears. I had a pay increase in June of 17' and will not get another increase until this Nov, and that goes in for a review and not a guarantee I would get one. I believe I would get one if I was still here.
