Damn. Never heard of management going so far as to say that to an employees face. Sure it may be talked about behind closed doors, but expousing that is simply insult to financial injury.

Run, don't walk.

Minus inflation it is actually less than you had last year. Why do management pilots not understand basic economics and finance?

The basic economics is that I am moving on after I have expressed my thoughts on the salary of the pilot group and I believe they have feel on deaf ears. I had a pay increase in June of 17' and will not get another increase until this Nov, and that goes in for a review and not a guarantee I would get one. I believe I would get one if I was still here.
