Document Control

I am trying to identify a means of document control for our department that allows distribution to department personnel of sensitive documents that both protects the documents from redistribution or copying but also allows for airborne accessibility.

In other words, we want to be able to distribute a document such as the Policy and Operations Manual that will allow personnel to place a document on their iPad for reference but not be able to redistribute, copy, or print it.

Does anyone have some suggestions of programs or apps that allow this?

Thanks in advance.

our dept uses "dropbox"
we have everything you can imagine on there that gives all pilots access to it.

our CP is very good about keeping everything on there current.
PM me if you have any other questions.

Dropbox is a good choice. Foreflight has a document distribution option that you can link with your company's dropbox. Very nice feature. Essentially one person controls the documents add/remove to the "foreflight dropbox" and when the pilot opens the app it will tell them there are new documents which much be downloaded.

Dropbox, airwatch, and foreflight are the 3 I've used.
