I'm entertaining that as an option (again, sadly) if the rest of the economy doesn't pick up and we furlough.

Bought a camper and lived in it for four years 2007-2011

I have my eyes on a couple of mobile home parks for investments.

My Grandpa started two of them and did extremely well. They had good cash flow and sold for a pretty penny.

Just bought a RV. Putting it up on RV share in yet another hair brained pilot investment.

Ive done the same. Let’s see how this works out!

Sounds logical, My property taxes are obviously eating away my bottom line.
Now with the “C” bug, the local government is looking at exceeding the 3.5% maximum increase on property tax a year without voter approval. It will never go down!
