3. Those in key industries, such as trucking and those who make Charmin.

Moderna completes enrollment and participant vaccination for 30,000 person stage 3 trial. This was initially delayed to ensure sufficient inclusion of at-risk ethnic demographics. Trial needs to run for at least 2 months before FDA will consider the data.
