I, for one, don’t think we get back to 2019 normal. But the closest we will ever get there is through massive vaccinations. The vaccinations are statistically safer than not getting vaccination. What more?

Totally ridiculous, the pausing is just theater just like everything that has happened this last year. If they had paused lockdowns for a few days and studied the effects on society they would have never unpaused them.

Everything is a trade off. A year ago we’d have given a lot for it. And most people simply wouldn’t believe the challenge that a -90 degree F freezer requirement is internationally. For airlines with a very significant international exposure - essentially the Big Three - this is a long way from over, and the ineffectiveness of ANY vaccine just drags it out longer...
