Finally a vax "mandate"
Long overdue. He is a sample from the new federal rules being announced today.
"The expansive rules mandate that all employers with more than 100 workers require them to be vaccinated or test for the virus weekly, affecting about 80 million Americans. And the roughly 17 million workers at health facilities that receive federal Medicare or Medicaid also will have to be fully vaccinated."

On a good note though, "In addition to the vaccination requirements, Biden is moving to double federal fines for airline passengers who refuse to wear masks on flights or to maintain face covering requirements on federal property in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines."

Not at all, you will just have to get a test every week to go to work. Not required to get the vax. Totally support you not getting the vax if you don't want it!

IMHO, I'm kind of bittersweet about this.
I'm all about personal freedoms and all that jazz, but I've read a little into this and it seems that the unvaccinated population is causing variants to pop up and spread much easier. Some of these variants are becoming more and more vaccine resistant.. which, is concerning to say the least.

I’m sure this will only help the labor shortage we are experiencing right now…
I think this will depend on how bad employers are struggling
