I recognize there are 2 camps, but if you are in favor of experimental vaccine being offered but NOT mandated, please take a look at the above website. The petition currently has 160,000 signatures. This group of doctors is encouraging those with an interest in air travel to sign this petition as they are planning to meet with airline CEOs as well as other private businesses soon.

Problem is the guy with the tie will be sitting in the capitol of another nation. Airlines that want to fly to his country will have to provide vaccinated crews. Crews who want to fly there and get paid will have to get vaccinated. Not up to the airline or the USG.
Or maybe your company could just let anti-vaxxers "opt out" of any trips they don't like, and assign them to vaccinated people. Union's just going to roll right over for that

Airlines have to follow the rules that foriegn governments set. And there's no staff shortage... a US airline can replace you in a heartbeat if needed. If a hypothetical US airline declines to fly to say Europe to accommodate their anti-vax crews, then the European airlines (or Emirates, or somebody) will more than happy to fill the void.
If you don't want to get vaccinated but want to keep your major airline job, you need to start lobbying foriegn governments to accommodate you. Slight good news in your case... I've haven't yet heard of any government planning or threatening to mandate vaccination for inbound aliens.

Signing the petition adds to the number questioning a potential mandate to a vaccine that has not yet been proven to be safe. You want the vaccine, this petition does nothing to stop that. Gives people a choice ( my body and all that ) or the right to choose.
