This has been the majority belief for quite some time, however due to the novel nature of the virus it has been unable to be definitively proven. Unfortunately the hardcore skeptics and mainstream media have conflated the meanings behind ‘unproven’ and ‘disproven’ to push the false narrative that that immunity is short lived.

BLUF: Employers can legally require vaccination, but are mostly reluctant to do so. Health care and long-term care employees are very likely to have a mandate (duh). Also some college employees.

A few states are trying to legislatively ban employer-mandated vaccination (and vaccine passports in general).
