Except for all the other times, like most recently in 2018.

I have family that work in healthcare too, a government hospital. One day after testing positive they were called and asked to work. There is more to the story than just selfish idiots spreading this thing.

Day 9 for me today. No more fever or aches but still the cough. When I take a deep breath it’s like breathing in cold winter air and it triggers a cough. Finishing up a Z-pack today and prednisone within two more days. It’s a weird situation.

I feel for you.
Day 18. Only two coughing fits today. One this morning when I first got up. One kind of mid-afternoon. The inhaler helps but has a side effect of insomnia. Been getting outside to get a little exercise but the cold air definitely causes coughs and that tickling feeling in my lungs.
Feels like i'm about 95% back to normal. Gimme the vaccine. Never want to have this again.

I posted a study on another thread that followed 43,000 confirmed cases for 35 weeks after recovery. Bottom line is, you will now be immune for a considerable period of time. At least six months and likely longer.
Taxing your body with a vaccine right after fighting off a fairly serious challenge to your immune system would be a poor choice in my opinion. Get well, rebuild your immune system, and be patient. My free advice and probably worth every penny you paid for it.

Glad you are feeling better but I would urge you to wait.
