And it probably is some threshold where you are personally starting to see the effects of the pandemic.

Quarantine the medical workers.
Distribute vitamin D to the population.
Put some of the population on Ivermectin if they want it.
Wear as many masks as you want, because reducing stress has been shown to boost the immune system.
Note, these are not cures for Covid once you get it, it only controls transmission. Mandates cause people to resist, and should not be implemented in any way.

This was never going to be society killing disease like the plague in the 13th century. Then, Europe lost about 50% of the population, we GREW our population in this pandemic all the while greatly reducing health expenditures because no one was going for elective care. Loss of health care expenditures equaled half of the lost GDP in 2Q2020.

Speaking a lot causes my mouth to dry out and I don't want to contribute to global warming by drinking more water than normal. Eco anxiety also causes serious cardiac issues. Sorry, you're still going to need to pay for my existence and right to be safe.

I'm sorry, but the alkalinity of that water can't be guaranteed as I don't consume anything acidic to preserve my wellbeing. You also must take care of yourself and live forever as well as pay for everyone else so they have one less worry.

My argument is more like “let’s not borrow 20 trillion dollars from China (money we cannot hope to ever be able to payback - how will that work out?), destroy our children’s education and put them over a year behind by closing schools for no good reason, and destroy millions of small businesses to “flatten the curve” for a year (is it flat yet?) cause we are worried about a disease that is not much worse than the flu and overwhelming affects infirm, obese, 75 year old and up people living in nursing homes that will realistically die soon anyway. YeeHaw.
