So much for "100 days"

I think a possible next step will be publicizing voluntary mask wear “for the safety and comfort of everyone “. We’ll see then how many pax are comfortable with maskless travel vs those that are freaked out by it.
Either way, the airlines will choose based on what alienates the fewest customers, ie, risks the least revenue.

Quick turn in Phoenix yesterday. Went inside the FBO to order fuel and use the bathroom.
NO mask signs on the door and NO staff wearing masks.
It was AWESOME.

The masked maniacs won't let go that easily...

But humorous anecdote...
Visiting parents out-of-state, rural flyover state. Went to pick up dinner at a restaurant. Parked, started walking in. Realized that I forgot my mask, started back to car to get it. Then thought, they probably don't require it here. Turned back to entrance, approached entrance. Noticed a large sign with an image of a mask and small text. Sigh. Went back to car to get mask. When I got back to the entrance and close enough to actually read the sign it said "Masks are no longer required in this County". 100 people in the place, only one was wearing a mask: 20 year old, edgy activist looking college student. Her edgy activist looking boyfriend didn't bother though.

All of society knows it's great. But a certain segment is so committed to the lie that they won't publicly say it.

Wednesday went to get some car work done, here in Frisco, DFW affluent suburb. Walked in with a mask. No one, customer nor employee, had a mask. Took mine off. Put it in my pocket. I am vaccinated. It was enjoyable.

TSA extends mask mandate on planes to September
Like "15 days" before it, quickly and quietly forgotten.
Just 100 days to mask — not forever, just 100 days.
Don't worry though, I'm sure ALPA will release a statement blindly praising the decision and bragging about their own advocacy for it, despite never once polling the membership.

They are so eager to be ‘Woke’ I’m wondering what’s going to happen after this latest mandate expires.
Praising the current extension as the greatest thing ever, yet zero consideration of the dues paying members.
