I think $1000 per person would have been better. I could imagine a few employees that would do it for that and it's something for the others who make considerably more.
nevertheless it is what it is now. At least we all still have a decision for now.
$1000/13=76.92. There are no 1st year pilots that will be eligible. So, every pilot should lose compensation to make it fair to other work groups? Nope, you want to make a paycheck like mine? Heard a rumor we are hiring pilots. Bust your a55 and earn it like every line Pilot.

I would assume that we don’t get the 13tfp if we already got vaccinated early on?

Ah, the socialist solution…

Tell ya what… if any of those other employee groups wanna make my kinda dollars, there’s Destination 225.

Better yet… why don’t we let SWAPA do their thing and negotiate something better than just 13 TFP, perhaps something like company-paid, tax-free LOL/LTD and keeping our medical, life insurance and travel bennies?

Yes, we get 13 TFP if vaccinated and your card is uploaded in WorkPerx.

Right there in FAQ.

I would very much like it for swapa to negotiate those things. They are very high on my list.
no one got a choice on this, no swaps involvement whatsoever.
I was more thinking why is that a cpt gets 3k to get a shot and an fo gets 2k? Seems weird that they tied it to hourly pay not a fixed figure like they did with the tax refund a couple yrs ago.
I would have preferred swapa was involved in this program. I'm not even close to a socialist was just thinking out loud.

Well "in general" the CPT is older and has a higher likelihood of worse outcome than the FO, so there is that justification? Just playing lawyer on this......

They’re giving everyone 2 days’ pay since they need those days to get their 2 shots. 8 hrs or 6.5 TFP x 2 days. Same as other airlines. If you’re getting shots for work on off days then seems fair enough to me.
