Ati vaccine mandate stance
I haven’t seen this thread started so I thought I’d kick it off. I personally cannot believe that this is what we have become in this country. We are slowly but surely losing our personal an individual freedoms. We need to start pushing back on this. It’s wrong!

It is not an ATI vaccine mandate. It's a federal mandate that encompasses all of ATSG and any government/DoD contractors. I do agree that it is wrong and in violation of personal freedoms. However, it's above ATI and ATSG for that matter. The fight needs to happen on the federal level.

I strongly recommend that you contact your federal representative as I have, and voice your displeasure.
I would also ask, with respect, that you change the title of this thread to something less ATI centric as this problem is not strictly an ATI issue.

It is absolutely wrong, no argument from me on that point. Is it solely an ATI thing, absolutely not. This degree from on high dictates that all Federal employees and Contractors must comply. Any business that works federal (read military) contracts, which includes all three ATSG airlines and many other non-ATSG properties out there, must comply.

Well buddy, I hate to break it to you, but we have been loosing our individual freedoms for a very long time. The time to push back was decades ago if not longer. At present this is merely another domino to fall. Though I agree that at a certain point our freedoms and liberties are being tested, I’m not 100% what pushing back would look like. Further, given the nature of our industry as it relates to a global scale, I am concerned that the wrong kind of “push back” could have adverse effects for everyone. In other words, continue to push for your freedoms, but be smart and think any action through.
