Let the company play Russian roulette and accept the medical liability and payments as a result of their mandate! Once again if you feel safe taking it then that’s great, but as always it should be a choice!

you do have a choice. As does ual to employ you.

Thx for proving my point, I knew you would come through! Lol

LOL! Someone's to(o) dumb to understand how natural immunity works and its efficacy compared to the vaccine.

So who gave UAL that choice? Scary times we live in that a company can dictate what you put in your body with out any responsibility or liability.

again, they are not dictating what you put in your body. They are telling you if you want to work there you must be vaccinated. Seems simple to me. Working for a company is not a right.

To be clear, it IS UAL's choice. All of it. Unequivocally. ALPA has no say in the matter. Zilch! If you want to work here then get the jab. This is NOT a term or condition of employment. It is 🦺 safety like your yellow vest. ALPA has zero say.

It is in certain circumstances. You can't be fired for being old or fat (or many other protected status'). That's actually a much larger risk health-wise than being young and unvaccinated. I think we should continue the trend of caring for peoples health and fire people who are obese (and refuse to lose weight) as that has been PROVEN to be a factor in COVID risk. I don't want to feel bad when somebody dies of something that is benign to 99.9% of healthy people. Especially since they refuse to lose weight.

well you do get fired when turn 65. And if you are so fat that you can’t get a medical you can’t fly anymore.

so why aren’t they liable for their vaccine mandates if I get sick and lose potential future earnings?

I don’t know, perhaps the same reason why they wouldn’t be liable if they didn’t mandate it and you got covid and lost future earnings.

would they be? Seems it would be easier to prove I got sick from the mandated jab than prove I got the China virus on property….
