Seems like all the work groups have sent letters advocating for the repeal of the mandate. Other countries are getting rid of vaccine mandates for travelers—it’s time to end this masking BS. If the Biden admin tries to overrule it it’s just going to make things worse for them in the mid-terms. I would guess the judge’s decision will stick this time at about 62%.

I’ll pop the popcorn; going to be interesting watching the point and counterpoint on this. Like watching a ping pong match.

We are dealing with tyrants... its not republicans vs democrats. This will 100% be appealed and reinstated very shortly. They will never give up their power. As this minute as i type this, the mask mandate stands as a company policy until otherwise told by your respective CEO. They will all keep it in place i think, probably because their lawyers are telling them that it will be reinstated within 24hrs and no point in changing company policy just to change it back to mask mandates again.. This all ends when we say it ends and so far we still have not made an effort to say it should end. The tyranny will continue moving forward until americans stand up.

Pax not wearing it at the airport is not company policy. Only while on the airplane.

Question

Is it federal "law" to wear a mask on a plane or just company policy?

That's correct, that is what I meant. Masks will still be required on the plane only as a company policy. Airport is different.

Really,.. I have not seen a CCS message or email stating this.

As a part time internet lawyer and full time pilot I am sure you know the answer.
