Default Are Medical Issues Rising At Your Airline?

Are medical issues (pilot incapacitations, death or severe illness) increasing among the crew at your airline?

Ugh, this was supposed to be a poll .. but I think your quick timing screwed it up. The poll wouldn't save.

Votes are tracked. Medical confidentiality, by the Federal Government and Company policies could run someone into hot water, very quickly.

Is this another backdoor question about the impact of vaccines, again? More conspiracy bull****?

Yep, since Medical information is not freely disseminated and therefore not public knowledge he’s asking for nothing but conjecture.

One adverse side effect is 1 too many. Isn't that what was said by the covid cult? "1 death is too many"

A tually, medical confidentiality law does not apply to aggregated anonymous data, but it’s still well nigh useless since there is no way you can be assured of getting a representative sample. That’s why all these polls show 75% no votes on CBAs that ultimately pass 80 yes and 20 no.

But epidemiological research takes place all the time, by epidemiologists who have actually gotten their research approved by Institutional review boards who they have shown they can keep the info secure and release only the aggregated anonymous data. And there are very low level effects from some of these vaccines, which probably ought to be expected, simply because viruses themselves do cause a small percentage of myocarditis and even dilated cardiomyopathy in people and this is believed to be caused by autoimmune issues triggered by exposure to the viral proteins and/or ribonucleic acid.

Nor is this unique to COVID vaccines. It happens with flu vaccines as well, also rarely, but it does happen.

So yeah, it happens, it’s very infrequent and most of the vaccine associated cases resolve without serious damage, but it isn’t entirely bull$hit. But certainly for elderly people, getting their initial exposure to COVID from the vaccine is by far the safer option. For those under 15? Probably not.

More like healthy under the age of 50... healthy 30yr olds have no need for the mRNA. 9 out of 10 deaths are in the over 50 crowd, and a majority of them are 80+. Shockingly there isn't a whole lot of data on ages >50. (sarcasm)

The fact that this thread needs to be moderated before posting is just another example of debate less Covid "science". In all honesty, what qualifies a moderator to have more "expertise" in the science and fact checking? The vaccine doesn't work as originally advertised. Is that still a conspiracy theory? Does that really need to be moderated? Covid is like the flu.. 2 yrs ago that was blasphemy. Now every doctor and scientist in the world basically says it. It's widely recognized Sweden made out just fine. 2 yrs ago they were a bunch of granny killers, just like Republican led States, now data shows no state faired any worse than others overall when factored for age. Only the ones who actually followed the data had better overall economic outcomes.
