Just added the ability for New Hires to sign up for it, even before they make it to a published list. While they're mulling over what to ask for, they can see the seniority spread around the system.

So out of curiosity. If hired tomorrow, what number would a 44 year old retire at? I'm guessing about 3,000.. thanks

Go to this page:

Add up all the retirements from 2017 to 2038 and you'll have a good ball park. But I would assume you'd be even hire in seniority than the result because of guys leaving earlier than planned.

I show you would hit 3091, top 22% based on pilot group staying the same size.
