36 Gates In LAX
I hear this is the new number and possibly 4 more.
There is no reason for us not to serve every major city in the Pacific nonstop from LAX.
This JV nightmare is much worse than we can imagine.
We need to move very slowly and ensure any side letter includes major gains and immediate penalties for noncompliance.

Good news. It's nice to see you posting positive messages.
1. Revenue
2. Slots
3. Competition from state-owned airlines
Other than the fact that we got many of the additional gates at LAX because we used our JV partner's access?
LAX has been blocking Delta's access to more gates for several years.
7:15 Minimum Day for modifications to bring the PWA into compliance with Trumpcare! Somebody order bag tags. (bright green is now available)

If the company cuts our deductibles for the HSA plans, we lose the ability to contribute to the HSAs. The $1300/$2600 deductibles are ACA mandated minimums for a plan to have HSAs.
So, in order for your plan to work, the deductibles would need to stay where they are but get all potential OOP costs covered by the company (deductible plus co-insurance). Then we can continue to personally contribute to the HSAs and grow that account over time. This is a much better option than the PRV, IMHO.
