The Im-Ex "Bank of Boeing" welfare we lavash on the foreign enemies of our industry are only part of the equation. The other, and far greater part, is us allowing them to violate the agreements they are a part of and then not doing anything about it. While we absolutely do need to stop giving them below market financing on planes, we also need to aggressively stop their routes. As in immediately. Grant then one ferry permit for every plane above the cap (measured as 1:1 for every US airline that does the same route) and send them a bill for the entire military proxy defense we provide them. This includes EU and the ME. Problem solved.
