Line check due
 

Computer says I'm in my last month of the three months available for a line check. I've changed my schedule a couple times. Will a check airmen track me down at some point? What happens if no line check by the last month? Thx

I think it's their problem. They will track you down.

If you don't get one by the last month, on your next trip a line check airman would fly with you, from the right seat, to give you a line check.

That said the OE planners are aware of everyone who needs a line check and someone will show up before you expire.

I got one on day two of a short call trip a few months back. The OE planner knew that I needed one and when he saw I got a trip he called and set up a LCA. If I were you I wouldn't worry about it. You will be pay protected if they can't get it done, but there is no way they will allow that to happen.

They do want to see what you are up to........

You will hear the pen click behind your back eventually -- the scheduling of which is not your problem.

The LCA will say so you are one of those guys who drops his line and whiteslips? Then he will say you snatch up all the good open time trips so us junior guys get scraps. :D
