We don't need VB for that, they do that now. I finally get the seniority to snag 31 hour layover where my truck happens to be parked, and 4 reroutes later it's all gone.

I totally agree. Biggest threat with VB is not up front, it's in the future when contract concessions are needed. Legal language written to govern VB will suddenly have a price on it. Pandora's box will be opened and a can of worms unleashed. Keep the camel's nose out of the tent.

That is all fine and IT issues might very well be a factor but there is no condition in the MOU predicated upon IT implementation. If the company wants/needs to extend the originally agreed-upon date because of IT issues, what did/are we getting for it? God knows that is the proverbial question when we want something.
