Q3 dividend increases 50%
 

Delta has again declared a dividend for its shareholders and increases it 50% again.

Ehhhhhh.....but we are buying all the stock back so only like 14 people will get checks - okay....plus Ed, Glen, Paul Richard...and the fuel hedging dude. 😁

Particularly in the second quarter, seasonally the weakest in the year, we achieved good operational results, with recurring EBIT margin evolving significantly 8.8 p.p. over 2Q16”, commented CEO Paulo Kakinoff.
Despite a 3.0% reduction in the total number of ASKs, net revenue for the quarter grew 7.0% to R$2.2 billion, thanks to the rationalization of capacity, sharp yield management and optimization of aircraft utilization.

Yeah, there's no master plan for Delta to exercise control through equity stakes and board seats. Hmmmm............rrrrrright.
