IOE Pay ?

If one converts at the beginning of a month, but does an IOE trip, say the 25-30th of the previous month, would that IOE trip be at the new pay rate?

The New Hire Pilot Guide has just about he best examples of pay conversions out there. I bet the answer is in there.
