Vacation Move up question
 

Does anyone know when the vacation move up (ie. change vacation) processes?

And... is there any way to see what the open vacation periods are? Or do they just switch the vacation based on manning....

Trying to move a week in feb into a week in jan for a ski trip. Based on this info...

8 am on the first of the month prior. I do not know about weeks available I have the same question.

Open vacation periods are posted under the Vacation section in the Crew Scheduling section of Deltanet.

Anyone know hat happens if you miss the vacation move up deadline and you have to take short term mil leave over your entire vacation period? The mil guide seems to say that for long term there are some options but doesn't say what happens for short term (less than 30 days)

You will be paid for the value of the vacation that month. There may be a option to move it but don't have time to look.
