Heeeeeeeelp! With a MacBook Air.....
Okay, here’s the situation. I’ve had an iPad and an iPhone the last couple years. With an aging windows computer, I decided to go MacBook Air and got one yesterday.......
I wanted to set up Bootcamp to run pretty much only one program, Easybid. Here’s how I go about it. I download the free trial of Parallels which installs windows on the computer. I then go to the Bootcamp assistant and go thru the process. During the windows installation process a restart needs to be performed and here is where I run into a major problem (at least in my VERY limited computer knowledge). My brand new MB Air is stuck in a continuous restart loop and I don’t know how to get out of it!!! I keep getting a pop up that says “The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click “OK” to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.” I click on “OK” and guess what!?! I get the same message pop up. And so it goes on and on and on etc. How do I get out of this and back to the Mac side of the computer? Thanks for any help. Signed a very frustrated Denny Crane |

Denny,
I have been using a MacBook Air since 2012 and run Widget Works and Easy Bid through Crossover, it allows certain Windows programs to function without installing a partition or god forbid Windows onto my Mac. It's not free but not expensive either. Welcome to the Mac! |

Crossover
Denny, Crossover works flawlessly for EasyBid. Used it for years.
