I dragged the family to Thailand last year. It was easy and fun.

Nonrev to Incheon, then Zed to Bangkok. In Incheon, the counters to pick up your Zed tickets are easy to find - in fact, you can't miss them, as you have to go by them when you exit your airplane.

Once in Bangkok, we stayed in an Airbnb and did tourist stuff. After that, we headed down to Hua Hin and stayed at a very nice Holiday Inn with a huge water park as modern and good as any you'll find in the US. This was great for our family, as we were able to use the hotel as a base for exploring (kayaking up a jungle river and watching the monkeys, touring a pineapple plantation, walking across the Bridge on the River Kwai, touring the Thai Army's Vietnam War museum), then mix that with a drink and some downtime while the kids go nuts on the water slides back at the hotel.

Delta One heading west, Comfort Plus heading east. A good time was had by all, all for the cost of one whiteslipped 3-day. We really do have a great job.
