Travel Tips for...

The Thailand thread brought up the idea for a generic travel thread.

Anyone have tips for bringing a family member on a long CUN layover? It says no one other than crew on the transpo. I've seen family members on the van before, but it's pretty obvious on the rotation, that they're not welcome

Thanks

Enough $$$ and the driver may look the other way.

Otherwise- just purchase a shared shuttle, or even private shuttle to take you and the fam.

Shouldn't be a problem, I've always given a generous tip and made sure everyone was okay with it. I believe it stems from the extra rider not being on the manifest if the shuttle were to be stopped or something. If you show up and there's an issue there are plenty of fairly cheap services available at the airport.
