It is technically. But it's much closer to the 737-9 and a321 in pay than the 330/777 so I counted it out. FO pay doesn't get into the 200's on those. Now the 767-4 does get a bump up in pay but there are only 21 of those per apc and 58 of the lower paying 767-3's.
Not sure why the 767 is a.) split up as far as pay goes between the -3 and -4 and b.) that much lower than the other widebodies. Hopefully that gets addressed the next round of negotiations.

There is a possibility that the front panel in Delta’s 757/767-300 fleet will be “modernized” over the next few years. IF that happens, a logical next step would be to combine 7ER and 764 categories.
United flies them as a single category, and the 764 type rating is just “767”, like the -300, but to get the feds to buyoff on that, United has fairly constrictive variant currency requirements imposed by the feds.
The mod, if it happens, will be a 2-stage retrofit with new displays. UPS has already committed to this exact mod for all of their 757s and 767s.

Fedex pilots keep their FF miles from DH’s. Used them to get two round trip tickets twice this year, positive space, when I wanted to go. No playing non rev roulette.

I've also heard the mod is coming but I've flown with captains that have said thy have heard that rumor for 10 years now.

A lot of variables with this one. Are we talking you take first upgrade available and maximizing pay going forward? such as only upgrading onto the highest paying equipment you can hold as soon as you can hold it?
You've been at delta about a decade, are you creeping up on 330 or better capt anytime soon? I have to imagine the time to be a widebody capt at fedex is sooner than delta.
Another thing to consider is since 2014 delta has hired around 4k pilots. Doesn't seem to bode well for those wanting to be widebody capts there. Doesn't delta also have the lowest percentage /number of widebody planes of the majors? (not counting the ER)

DL has a decent bit less large widebodies than UA, and just a tad less than AA, however due to the way we staff (they only do 1 CA with 3 FOs on over 12 flying), we have more widebody CA spots than AA and nearly as much as UA.

They’ll get to it right after the 88 cockpit flat panel display conversion is complete. Heck they even had an FTI for that in ATL.

11 years for me... it'll be probably 7 years or so before I can do 330 captain. I'm junior as 320 captain out of ATL. I could have upgraded years ago, but wanted to fly 330 FO and hold out for 320 captain in ATL.

According to apc airline profiles AA has around 125 777/787/330 (highest paying) airplanes while delta has around 80 (330,350,777, 76-400). Even with you guys staffing 2 captains over 12 i don’t see how you’d have more widebody captains.
AA is also replacing 767s with more 787s so the highest paying group of aircraft is slated to grow.
